The devastating impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought onto individuals is yet to be fully explored. This paper attempts to review some of the potential cognitive effects that have resulted from having to continue working and learning remotely. In addition, it will examine how COVID-19 has affected individuals who have lost the opportunity to work and/or learn remotely.spa
