Abstract: El propósito de esta investigación es determinar la relación entre cambio organizacional y el constructo capital psicológico con sus cuatro componentes en trabajadores de una empresa de la ciudad de Bogotá. Los participantes serán 100. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos el primero, IMC – instrumento de medición de cambio organizacional de García y Forero (2010), y el segundo, para medir capital psicológico IPSICAP diseñado y validado por Delgado, Devia y Martínez (2011). Es una investigación no experimental bajo un estudio transversal correlacional. Los resultados confirmaron las seis hipótesis propuestas y muestran correlaciones positivas significativas entre el capital psicológico, sus cuatro componentes y el cambio organizacional. La discusión presenta numerosas oportunidades de investigación sobre este tema para el futuro.
