| Abstract: | En el presente trabajo, se exponen distintas perspectivas teóricas para definir el concepto de deber jurídico desde su consolidación hasta la actualidad. Con el fin de hacer evidente la aplicación práctica del deber jurídico en Colombia, a lo largo del texto se presentan algunos ejemplos sobre esta cuestión. Abstract: In the following document, there are exposed different theoretical perspectives to define the concept of legal duty from its consolidation to the present. In order to make evident the practical application of legal duty in Colombia, throughout the text some examples on this issue are presented. |
