Abstract: Informa sobre factores que inciden en el desarrollo de un TCA, por medio de estrategias de autocuidado para generar en hombres de 18 a 30 años un estilo de vida saludable, mediante una guía educativa que contiene planes de alimentación y ejercicios físicos al igual que información sobre sintomatología, factores de riesgo, medidas de prevención, tratamiento e historias de vida.
